If your enquiry is about your bill or your account with us, we'll reply within five working days.

If your enquiry is about your water supply we will try and reply to your email within one day but some enquiries need further investigation.

For any other query, we'll get back to you in no more than ten working days.

If you wish to notify us that you have changed address, please use our online moving form.
